How Do I Get A Refund?

  • When packing you items, if we notice an issue with your products such as damage, expiration or lack of product we will refund you in store credit
    Please note EFT refunds will only be done if your whole order is cancelled

  • Please note sometimes product packaging changes from time to time, some for promotional reasons and or product changes

Is My Product Expired?

  • Most Asian consumables are packaged with the DOP or Date Of Production and not the expiry date, Your item is not expired it was just produced recently,  Most Asian consumable products have a shelf life of 1/2 years to 1 year, Please keep opened products as the packaging directs.
  • Some Asian products might be a new taste for you, Sometimes products are meant to have a sour, bitter, jelly, hot kind of taste, these products are not spoiled they are just new to your taste buds, If you received an item that you think might be spoiled contact us at Oishimart@gmail.com 

Is buying online at Oishimart.co.za safe?

  • OishiMart uses the latest industry standard encryption to ensure the entire website is secure along with the entire payment process. This ensures all our customers have a safe and secure online shopping experience

How can I cancel or change my order?

  • Once orders are placed and paid for, changes to the orders will need to be done via Email, oishimart@gmail.com cancellation of orders will be processed by the same way.

Once you cancel your order, OishiMart will be able to refund you via Oishi account points or cash directly into your bank account. Refunds via Oishi points will be for the full purchase amount and take up to 1 business day to process. A cash refund via EFT will incur a 5% admin charge and be processed within 5 business days.

Please note all refunds exclude the refund of shipping charges. OishiMart reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from refunds on cancellation of orders that have already been processed.

How can I return a product?

  • All products are checked before they are shipped and are packaged with care. If any damaged or spoiled products are received please get in touch with us at oishimart@gmail.com as soon as possible. You'll need to provide us with pictures of the broken or spoiled product so we can arrange for one to be sent back.
  • Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for a refund within 5 days of placing the order. The client will be responsible for returning the goods to Oishi Mart. Please contact Oishimart@gmail.com for returns and refunds.
  • Oishimart does not accept opened/used products with no defect for return or replacements.
